put a fibreglass one in, but do it so you can keep the heaters???

its for a nice weather car so the windows will be mostly down anyway. once i start doing the install then i will have another car just for running about in and shitty snow/fog times

do i need these and all the heaters in the car to pass my mot? because i want to completely remove them
