Well i bought a cable which does the steering controls. An audioleads one which said you will not get a remote display. :o | |

i fitted my new alpine headunit the other day and i havent changed any wires around at all. I can store radio stations in the memory but i lose the date and radio station, but the temperature and clock still works. | |

?..well the guy at halfords that fitted mine, just connected the red and yellow together and the date was on :S..didnt snip anything | |

erm, u will lose the radio station that is playing..but u keep the time, date and temp if u swap the yellow and red wires on the ISO | |

you will, but there are ways to get around it :) Have a look in the tutorial section and it shows you how to get your MFD back. However, it wont show any information form the H/U, just the date/temp etc :) | |

Ive just bought a Corsa C and will be picking it up nxt saturday when i hope to fit my headunit and multi changer to it. (pioneer) I was just wondering , if i do fit it will i lose the dispaly thing on the dash ? |
