rattles suck!!!

i've wired em sys in admittedly the 6 rolls of sound deadenin are still in their tubes lol but shud hopefully get em laid next weekend!! the thawt of it does not appeal to me!! havin to strip the lot (again)

mine seems to eb the whole spare wheel well thats rattlin like mad!! gonna do 2 layers i there and maybe even cover the hole!!

Not really, the bodyshop did mine when the car was resprayed. Rattled like a bitch before, doesnt at all now.
Dont know what he did tho sorry!

If it's a factory spoiler then i think you'll find they are hollow...

You could try removing it, and filling it with expanding foam, that would reduce a fair amount of rattle...

Also try a adding a foam strip before re-attaching the spoiler, this will stop any movment between bodywork and spoiler...

Should do the trick.. :thumbs:

The car would sound stupid from the outside if it rattles like a bitch. The whole point of soundened the rest of the car is to eliminate rattles, so why not continue this to major external rattles...like his spoiler?

ok i've sound deadened my entire car, well part from the floor everybit of metal is covered in the stuff....

when i crank my system up it sounds great from the side and front of the car, but the spoiler is terrible!, worse than the numberplate!

what can i do with it?
