The timing definately can effect the sound of the engine. mine was one tooth out for a while,after i changed it myself (a right pain in the tits on sport models) and it was only half the car (sounded poo too) the belt needs syncronizatation on the top pullies and at the crank, but my engine will run up to 3 teeth out. | |

see, now thats what i thought. Im not a mechanic but i know a wee bit. I got slated for saying this. I can see their chain of thought. HOW CAN TIMING EFFECT INDUCTION. | |
