I've had a claw hammer on it! I suspect the push release at the top of the seat has knackered, but I've no idea how to get to it without messin up my seats...

Some how I shut the folded rear seat badly onto the catch and its jammed! (Corsa B) I have unbolted the catch from inside the boot, but it won't budge from the back of the seat. Now it isn't secure and potentially dangerous what with the bass box... Anyone else had this problem before? How do I get it out? What's likely to have happened? I suspect my local Vauxhall garage is gonna get more of my money from this...
