I bought my Philips VisionPlus at the local car-parts store. A H4 costs 7,7€, a pair of H7 costs 25€.
Sorry, not familiar with currency euro:pound.

Corsa B >> H4

I tried different bulbs for my Corsa B and these are my experiences:

- Normal H4 bulbs: poor light, specially in difficult weather conditions

- Then switched to Osram Silverstar H4: More intense and a bit more white light, but still pretty yellowish (like normal bulbs)

-Bought a pair of Osram CoolBlue H4: At day no difference from normal bulb, at night blue-white light. Very pleasurable temperature of light (4500 - 5000K), but the intensity of light was quite poor. A bit better then normal H4 bulb.

- Finally switched to Philips VisionPlus H4 bulbs that should give 50% more light. The best bulbs so far. Very intense light of truly white colour (at night). Well, it doesn't give 50% more light, but I can see much better, even in difficult weather conditions. The light almost doesn't reflect from wet road. After this positive experience I bought a pair of H7 VisionPlus Bulbs for my Hella FF75 fogs. What a difference!
