sorry should rephrase what i just wrote..

makes sense, importing will be cheaper from countries such as Portugal, as opposed to buying them from a uk manufacturers, i.e UV.

PS - smooth boot panel thred in General Chat (smooth boot panel required for this guy, think you do them)

UV make them theirself

I buy mine from portugal and i presume PVD use the same supplier as myself

Where are these bonnets made, i.e which company..

I know UV make or used to make there own, hence it would cost less I would imagine, as other people may have to buy them in.

Im pretty sure UV will have more overhead than myself and PVD

its a full fibreglass bonnet

we do them F50 with no Bad Boy and F50 with badboy

to de-washer jet on a fibreglass bonnet takes 5 mins even if your not a expert.

the difference in price is purley down to the fact of the quality.

TOMAS

Yup same price as PVD, Ultimate velocity do them at £200. So its a full fiberglass bonnet or fiberglass skin over the standard metal frame.

we do a bad boy bonnet , its a full replcemnet bonnet, with F50 vent in it , it comes in at £250

preperation should be a slight rub down (as with all fibreglass products) and then primered up ready to paint

Whats the quality like? how have they done it, a complete skin or grafted the vent/b.boy extensions on? Did it need much prep before spray/fitment?
