where would u get the velos from is it worth doing

how much are the inlet manifolds? expensive?

mine has lexmaul and janspeed should be runnig about 110-115 bhp (+25) but is gettin 105 bhp (+ 15)

Inlet Maniflod can be changed to do away with the std restrictive system options are

Mantzel power box
Velos Torque tube
Lexmaul

and i think a few others, best bhp/£ will be velos best gain will prob be mantzel.

I have velos but is a sore point at the mo! Brosters car responded very well to this manifold and it is relatively straightfoward to fit therfore remove and sell on. Also it is TUV aproved so the quality is spot on.

Exhaust manilfold help get the gas out the engine quicker, as far as i can see the only realistic optio here is the Janspeed 4 - 2 - 1 £152 from halfords,

However my car has not responded well to either of these mods but this may be down to something else being wrong with the car.
