cheers lee,

use the corsa starter motor loom. that will hae a plug on the end that plugs into the original place. ur then left with 9 wires in the drivers footwell and 9 wires on the 2 litre loom by the header tank or near the ecu depending on loom. all u have to do is extend the wires from the ones in the footwell to the 2 litre loom. colour to colour

cheers mate

anyone kno what the thick red is for anyway, whether its needed or not!

dont think thick red goes anywhere, thick black is ECU live and needs a 12Vignition feed. might need to run new wire for it then crank it over, hehe

thin blue wire on calibra loom is coolant sensor if i remember correctly and there should be thin blue in car on corsa loom. black/brown is a diagnostic one and that too should be in car on corsa loom.

You havent connected any wires in car??? think we connected 6/7 when we did mates corsa, was just a case of matching wires up.

only connected 3 on multiplug

if you have no luck with your problem i will see a lad tonight who did all my wireing for me , its a bit risky if youre not sure.

yes ive used the corsa loom to the engine starter, alternator and rev light switch etc etc

Its just the 9 pin plug next to the ECU location in the drivers footwell

have you put the corsa loom that goes to starter motor and alternator on or used the calibra one . you have to use corsa one.
