I had one of these on my C SRi. Now I have a drilled airbox with K&N element filter. It sounds just the same but the flat spots have gone. I used cable ties to hold it up and put 2 cold air feeds to it.

quote: the kn for the corsa c comes with a big bracket which you attach down near the engine bolt thingies, the filter just rests on top of the bracket, doesn't hold it down or anything.

For a K&N you fit a bracket onto one of the support brackets for the air box.

i just brought a Piper X air filter for the Corsa C Sri 1.4 16v, i ve fitted the cone fine, but its just dangling, is there anywhere i can secure it to the car, just for my own peace of mind, and is there anyway i can get full performance out of air filter, i used the standard air feed at the moment. |
