oh right, did the second cold air feed make much difference in the sound?

I had one of these on my C SRi. Now I have a drilled airbox with K&N element filter. It sounds just the same but the flat spots have gone. I used cable ties to hold it up and put 2 cold air feeds to it.

thanks

the kn for the corsa c comes with a big bracket which you attach down near the engine bolt thingies, the filter just rests on top of the bracket, doesn't hold it down or anything.

For a K&N you fit a bracket onto one of the support brackets for the air box.

You put a bolt through the rubber gasket on there with two big washers either side and then attach the brtacket there.
