I think it's something along the lines of you keep the throttle wide open, when you dip the clutch it kills the ignition for a split second, enough for you to change gear + bring the clutch back up, then your still at full throttle, so you save a bit of time on the gear change, seems a bit dear to me, 120 quid.
Very good on bikes mind, where you don't need to use the clutch.

it's just a full throttle gear change kit... very useful for turbo'd cars... or going up quarter miles in non-turbos perhaps...

brother had a similar kit on his R5 Turbo...
