you have to use laquer when using the cnas becasue when it gets sprayed properly they use 2pac paint with a built in laquer which gives a coast of protection and shine

Why on earth didnt you get the right colour?

Lacquer is used on metallics, flat colours dont use it.

Phew you nearly put me off doing mine, I have bought some flame red spray, plastic primer and lacquer......

Don't understand why you don't use lacquer..... I think i will get a bit of plastic and spray it up to do a colour check first.

I think it looks fecking shit, sorry just my opinion.

Also you don't use lacquer with solid colours, and you use flame red spray not Red Gloss plasticote.

Did you use the right colour for your bumpers, it looks a bit orange or is that just the light? Is that a flame red corsa I got exactly the same and thinkin of sprayin the standard bumpers

Yeach use a rubbin compound and t cut to get a closer colour match.

Oh, and u shouldnt have used Laquer on a Solid Colour - that probably worsened the colour match quite a bit

It just looks like the bonnet needs a buff up- lookin good though!

Try to find the finest cutting paste you can and do the bonnet, then wax-buff, it should then get to as good a shine as the rest of the car

nah its easy mate,
sand down so its smooth,
prime once
prime twice
spray first coat

Laquer once
Laqquer twice
makin sure u rub it down after eash stage with a lint free cloth to get n e dust off it,
