Astra GTE mk2, Astra GSI mk3, Cav mk2 & 3 16v's, cally 16's all have the redtop units in, but i'v heard that the 2.0 8v units from the cally and cav are also pretty good and nippy and alot easier and cheaper to get hold of.. | |

so what sort of engine is in a vectra 2ltr 16v from a about 6 year ago? and can i but TBs on it? | |

The 2.0 Ecocrap is not nearly as good the the 20XE from early cav's, callys and astra's. | |

red top is 150/156 bhp and ecotec is 136 bhp | |
