Yeah that's right that's what I got told so I've left mine, need to try it with the wires bridged and unbridged see if it makes a difference to the boost pressure

I've had a quick look there not cheap as like you day they come with the Ecu like you say, I did read if it's missing it will run on full boost

I think they are like hens teeth mate, I tried the EDS website, ebay, all the forums and couldn't find one for sale by itself, if there are any for sale they are sold with the ecu as well.

I'll have a look and see if it's chipped as I'm not sure, where can I get a power wheel from ? If it needs one

I had wires like that on mine, and they went to a power wheel. You may have got lucky and have a chip inside

I had 2 wires out of mine turned out it had been chipped and the wires were for a power switch/wheel thing. Have heard some people try and override the 1st
Gear boost cut by shorting some of the wires in the ecu. Have you opened it up to see if it's been chipped?

Just wondering if someone can shed some light on the wires that are coming out of my Ecu. I've no idea what is for what there's a live and an earth by the looks of things and then another wire
