the cable for the aerial in the kick panel is obvious, no need to remove the old from the tape just leave it there and tape the new one to it, cut the old cable short at each end job done,
making a fuss from nothing its a piece of piss

Edit : ive never seen one without a join, but if there isnt one, take the plastics off down the passenger side and follow the aerial over to the roof and just replace the whole thing.

i took the glove box out, the ashtray, to gain for space to see were it goes, its wraped up in black tape, i removed the side kick pannel, and there was a bunch of wires, in a bundle, i checked them, looking for the cable.. to which i did not find.

Never refitted one, but if there's a join in the passenger kick panel as people have said then it should be even more straightforward than first imagined.

Look for where the ariel is joined. You don't need a Haynes for this job, you can see where most panels are joined, especially in a corsa, nothing is hidden, you see all screw holes etc. There's a really big flathead plastic grey screw in passenger footwell, that when undone, releases the carpet.

If you tape the new wiring to the old one in the footwell, then undo it in the footwell and pull it through the CD player hole, you'd have easily routed the wiring without much effort.

You're not stripping it, you're taking the kick panel off.
