i had this problem and found out my coilover was fcuked! gave it play and kept pulling it out.

If you changed the box after they stuck in and now they are popping out, I would check the little circlip on the icv and check there's no excess play on the ocv.

nope they are sport shafts 22spline ones ive always used on conversions it just long shaft has always been a problen since we put it in

did you buy the driveshafts new
could it be that you have nova xe shafts slightly shorter

ps 1st time we did it cvs got stuck in the box cudnt get them out afer they constantly kept popping out ended up putting another gearbox in aswell jue to the cvs destroying the other 1

dunno mate the driveshafts have been the only bother iv had with it since converting it will get in about it properly 1 nite this week or on saturday + put it back in

Could the grove inside the diff be worn? If its been in and out excessively?

outer cv is pumped thats for sure the amount o times its been slapped with a hammer

sayin that tho this shaft has been out 3 times cud b the circlips totally pumpt now

there new inners btw aswell same problem with the last ones not even a munth old long shaft again kept popping oout

It could be the little metal circlip on the icv. Bend it back into shape or get a new one :)

inner cv; icv is short for idle control valve ya tube lol not to mix anyone up

got the re-occuring problem of the long shaft popping out of the gearbox and not wantin to go back in ,
im beginnin to wonder if the tracking bein out cud b the source of the problem ? but im not sure
any1 got any ideas that cud help ? or cud it be a problem with the icv ?
