i'd suggest ringing local Vauxhal, and asking one of the techies there, once you get the winder out, pop the door card off and using a powerful hoover make sure you get all the glass. I'm sure you have to place the glass on 'rollers' or something? I'm guessing.

how many people have done this? mine got smashed last nite so i have to replace it. ive got the glass in the garage now but just need to fit it

how do i remove the window winder thingie and do i have to drill anything etc to get the old frame out?

let me know asap! cheers
