As it says now in the first post ^ , got the instructions for the DTi , and it doesn't fit straight onto the turbo. .. | |

dunno, my car doesnt have a air mass meter. assume you would just move it. it would probably come with all the bits for doing this. | |

By looking at the picture instructions - it looks like you just leave all the old piping and airbox there as it is and just move that pipe onto the cone ?? | |

the turbo works by the expelled exhaust gases spinning the turbine and in the centre the turbo wheel compresses the air that is going into the engine. | |

no, the turbo uses exhaust gases to drive the turbine which draws in fresh air. this fresh air gets speeded up in the turbo and fired into the engine. more air = more power. the green induction kit just bypasses unnecessary pipework that isnt really needed, its just there to quieten down the engine and reduce power really. | |

better off just bolting the filter straight onto the turbo. works much better and will be a lot cooler. | |

that looks good but it mite just be easier to buy one that fits around the cone without gaps and besides its much easier that way | |
