Its not the solenoids because when I pluged a spare solenoid into the plug for it (on the same door) that one didn't work either, even though the spare worked on another door.

My deadlocking went a few months back before I de-locked it - was my drivers door - the barrel went once the deadlocking thing snapped.

Rear right central door locking doesnt work - rest is fine - and advice? solenoid has been tested and works.

My rear-right door doesn't lock - the wiring is fine to the solenoid (which has been tested and works whith one of my spares fitted) and the guy who installed my loom assures me the wiring is fine up to the loom.

Is it the motor or control unit? It's so annoying having to keep a door locked all the time!

Remove your door panelling and check that all the wires are still connected.

Im not sure if on the 'as standard' models the wires joins to the motor, but it sure does on all the kits I have seen.

I had a similar problem, and a wire had popped out, therefore leaving the motor no power, and one door would lock, and the other wouldnt.
