any uprated shock absorber will be ok, but u will probably need to find higher poundage springs for the front shocks cos the engine will be alot heavier, but the back will be fine with standard uprated springs+shocks.

Ok, I have a 1.4 8v corsa and am about to fit an XE, but what suspension kit do I need?
Most places I have seen list 2 kits, for either 8v or 16v corsas.
Will a normal 8v lowering kit be ok, or do i need a 16v one, and will it be up to the extra weight of the XE engine?

Thanks,
Dave
