	put the hex key in the hole, get a hammer and REALLY whack the thing (downwards, so you're not turning the kex key at all), sometimes it helps to unbudge them, also hitting the bolt with the hammer. Basically they are very tight bolts to undo by hand. And grez, some other troll suggested using pliers and I've done it before cus i have cally leathers. Basically, they're just really tight and difficult to undo

You can probably access one with mollies...but the other is between 2 guide rails so is totally inaccessible, a good thing to do is swap the female hex bolts for male ones and use a drill bit to put them in and take them out.:thumbs:

	is the bolt not far enough through the floor to get a hold of it with mole grips , from under the car to slacken it off

	ive gone to remove my passanger seat to put sport interior in and the tx bolt the longer 1 is rounded ive tryd to get it out and cudnt any 1 got any ideas thanks brad
