Go for a Sony or Kenwood if you want to use your steering wheel controls still, and buy a facia adapter and steering colomn adapter leads.

Facia in silver £10 ish
Leads £30 ish

RIght guys, need some of your expert advice. I need a good head unit for about 200 quid, preferably mp3 compatible and good quality sounds. I will eventually be running GS Design 12" sub and amp, not bothered by 6x9's as im not going for a massive install and just want good bass and decent all round sound, so based on this, what would be a good unit for my budget?
