Ultra do a set just like the blue ones above (but smoked obviously). You can get them from Airspeed (flick through Max for the ad) for about £110.

Legal

Illegal

The legal ones have the lines running down the glass on them to correctly angle the light, where as the illegal ones have lines running across them, and also have "L.H.D" moulded into the glass :)

Not on about the Euro ones - talking about the smoked/blue tinted headlamps from Ultra. I've got the blue ones and as far as I can remember they are legal. Checked all of that stuff before I bought them last year. Look trick as:thumbs:

are the ultra ones lega coz all the smoked headlights i;ve see have had "for off road use ONLY" marked on them???

the smoked ones your on about are only for euro cars (ie cars that drive on the right hand side of the road) therefore the headlight will shine more light on the right of the car causing on-coming traffic to be blinded. i think there no e-marked so would fail mot

i think this is right....

Lights are legal if they've got an E mark. A manufacturer will normally state that their lights are "for off road use only" if they're illegal. Ultra's smoked headlamps are legal and cool.

If you're spraying them yourself then its down to how arsy the police are - too dark then illegal. Spray some headlight covers instead and clip them over. Take them off at night so you can see!! ;)
