Some silicone lubricant apparently does the trick - http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/alfa-164-and-166/90347-slow-sticking-rear-electric-windows-quick-tip.html

Mine are the same although it's only on the way up, short of changing the motor I can't think of anything else. Mine jump back down when I've put them up automatically as well at the tiniest little bump thought it may be related.

My electric windows go down VERY slow, it happens constantly on the drivers side but on passengers i can go a week with it being 'normal'. Anything i can do to improve? |
