if the pipe is only slightly smaller then make a small cut so u can stretch it over the cone and jubliee clip it all in place. | |

is the cossy cone the same as a bfo? the bfo will fit a sport but not the gsi. | |

Just had a quick look under me bonnet, the cone aint gonna fit straight on. The pipe under me bonnet is smaller than the pipe on the cone. Got to make it fit somehow. Ive decided to keep the cossie cone and make it fit. Anyone else fitted this on a 1.6 16v sport?? :boggle: and how:boggle: | |

It will be louder, you may have slightly different power gains but its negligable. | |

You'll have to bodge it on, you may need some additional hose to help fit it. | |
