yes but you need a switch to either have them on or off like my astra sport had dont want a bodged job want it to look and in my mind feel factory

ye run the live through a fuse first but thats all you need to do they dont just keep goin up an up. had mine wired like it for around 3/4 months now and they are still fine

id like to know this aswell please i have the switches from an old cav but nothing in the car eg wires. my old astra sport had everything pre wired so it was plug and play but didnt cdx's have the switches in the dash ???

Because they'll just heat up and up and up till they either catch fire or discharge your battery.

You NEED a proper circuit, at least one with a fuse or 2 in it.

your not switching 12v to the chasis but you need an earth somewhere but switched 12v to the seat

easy mate 12v switched to one cable the other to ground/chasis easy as that

I have the 2 pin plug underneath the seat, do I just wire 12v to it on a switch? Please help me stay a little warmer this winter!!:(
