It goes into the loom but the TPS wires dont go the the EGR, what condition are your plugs and leads in?

Did have eml light before an was told it was EGR.

The engine runs smooth and fine until you
give it more than half throttle and then just missfires so that makes me feel it not a bad conection or air leak

The throttle pos senso is wired with the EGR think its just to power and eath it but not sure

Who said the throttle position sensor is wired to the EGR valve? Its a bit pointless really just replacing things that you guess 'could' be wrong

If there are no fault codes to go on then you need someone with a scanner to read the live engine data to diagnose it properly.

Are the plugs and leads in good condition? any air leaks? all connections tight?

Just replaced the EGR valve as my Sport was running like crap as soon as you give it a bit of gas. I was told it was the EGR valve.

So Ive just replaced it but it still bogs down miss-firing as soon as you give it more than half throttle.

So what do I replce now? throttle pos sensor as it is wired with the EGR valve or coolant temp sens
