I've taken the rear wiper off and as i've seen on most corsas, bubbles of rust are forming around the hole. I want to sort this and fill the hole at the same time.

I can't afford to get it done professionally right now so im going to have a go myself :o

How would i go about treating the rust and then filling the hole after?

What would i need?

How long would it take?

Any help appreciated :)
