Oil changes will just clean your current oil i.e. replace old oil that may be 'black' rather than clear with no clean oil. It wouldn't remove the crap that builds up in engines. | |

my mates dad suggested using some of this to get rid of the ticking noise thats doing my tits in at the moment ive tryed 2 oil changes and it didnt work that well, its went quieter but not brilliant. |
