and how would the laptop read the ECU? you would need diagnostics software like they use at vauxhall dealers.

Does anyone know if you can get hold of the lead to connect a laptop to your ECU to read off the TECH 1 errors. I know you can do it with a paperclip but i want to see if i can get hold of this lead if so my mates laptop may well have to be borrowed :P
