yeah pretty tight. the rev counter stays steady its just when you look at the engine judders a tiny bit evry so often myt jus be me getting paranoid

Have you tightened the tensioner bolt up enough ?

i set it to the new mark on the tensoiner spun the engine round a few times checked again set it again turned it more al marks lined up and tensoin was fine.

maybe your tension isnt perfeck? Meant to have a 1cm give in it or something?

i checked loads of times kept turning it by hand.every time the marks lined up. surley if the timing was out the marks wouldnt line up?

thought i would give it ago read loads of info looked easy enuff. done it all. all the marks lined up crank and the cams marks were directly opposite tuned it by hand a few times checked tensoiner was all good.but when the marks were lined up the piston wasnt exactly TDC it was just a tiny tiny bit lower is this normal?? runs ok and drives ok its just a tiny bit lumpy on tickover any had the same thing lately? cheers
