i had my GSi lowered 60mm on the standard GSi alloys. i thought it looked good, but then wen i got my 16's, i realised that proper decent sized alloys 16/17'' are the way forward!!

when i had my corsa it was lowered 40mm, when i was selling it, i sold the alloys but left it lowered & put the standard 14' SXI alloys back on & i think it looked quite cool

you should save the money and buy alloys, tires and suspensions at the same time. best solution for me...

i'm seriously considering lowering my car 60mm on standard wheels at the moment, but in the near future getting some 14" rally style wheels. would i encounter any serious problems?
i have no skirts, but soon i'll have a modded 'standard' front bumper (not much lower than it was origionally).
i'm going for a road rally style, all colourcoded silver, on the deck, small wheels, rollcage, and rally style front.
