Just so happens i have a haynes manualand ill put it exactly as it is in the book

Cylinder Head Bolts
Stage one......25NM or 18lbf ft
Stage two......Angle-Tighten a further 90 Degrees
Stage three....Angle-Tighten a further 90 Degrees
Stage four......Angle-Tighten a further 90 Degrees
Stage five.......Angle-Tighten a further 45 Degrees

i might be doing my head gasket today, depends if my m8 wants to help me.

i havent got a haynes manual at the mo, and dont wanna pay 18 quid from halfrauds so, does anyone know the torque/poundage settings for the head bolts.
