I had that, very easy to fix, and found out that most do the same thing.
When you open the boot, there is a rubber sleeve that covers the electrics and rear washer pipe, and over time it bends and snaps.
Unclip it from the boot and the car, and if your lucky like I was, both ends of the pipe will be in there, and just need reconnecting with a pipe joiner.
Job done.

i was driving along the other day and i realised my rear window was filthy and couldnt really see, so i pushed the window wiper leaver forward to spray my rear washer to clean the window and my m8 in the back of the car said the washer liquid was coming into the car instead of out the washer jet! it was coming in where the rear passenger side seat belt hook is at the top? what could it be and how do i fix it?

sorry about the essay!
