Hi all,

The sensor was unpluged from the exhaust, had it up on ramps this morning, pluged it back in but still the light is on, took the battery off tryed again, still on!

I take it Vauxhall dealer would be able to do the pressure check?

Thanks for the help!

Martin

ALL corsa C's have salad cream in the oil cap
Its due to them having a plastic rocker cover mate
the water leak will be else were and a simple pressure check of the system should find the leak
I think they have not pluged in the lambda sensor from the exhaust
and It wont do it any harm with the light on
but it will use more fuel and be more sluggish
dont worry

wouldnt have thought decat woulda been done cos on a corsa c its in the manifold.

only thing i can suggest is disconnect the battery and leave for a few mins.

Hi all,

I've just had a new exhaust(full system) fitted on my 2001 Corsa SXi, after bring it home an hour or so later i went to go out in it, when i started the car i noticed that the Exhaust Emissions light came on and will not go off.

I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem and if so how did you deal with it?

I would of taken it back the garage but it had closed and will not be open untill Tuesday, but i dont want using the car if it damaging the car.

Any help would be greatfull!

Thanks

Martin
