Another way is to see if it has an air flow meter, if it has one then it is a C16XE! | |

also is there a way to tell if its a c16xe by the ports, thought one of the c or x had oval and the other different. is there any markings on say the head that you can tell from? | |

c16 were all plastic, x16 were alloy. don't think there's a performance difference, but they sound different. both pretty restrictive anyhow. | |
