Brake cleaner H.

If they are sqeaking or screeching though, you'll need to coat the backs and metal edges (contact surfaces) of the pads and carriers with copper slip or a similar anti-sqeal compound.

That should do the trick.

How recently was it fixed ?

Could just be some dirt

also check its not the dust shield whatever its called behind the disc. i had the same problem and found that the cover had bent in slightly and was catching the disc

Try a couple of emergency stops.

If this doesn't work, take both sides apart, cane everything with brake cleaner, and then re-assemble with copper slip or similar, on all the contact surfaces (not the friction surfaces though obviously).

That should do it. :)

Are they binding? Are your disc's wet? Could be just surface rust.

Robin

Do some heavy breaking? I'd also check the pad's over, just incase there's something on them.
