havin the hole swelded up as well and i must admit was offerd the same price for full smoothed so may go slap them and see wot there doin

yes but he isnt smoothing the whole boot :|

but that quote seems very steep imo for the work that is needed

yeah, just filling that part isnt hard really. if you was smoothing full boot on the other hand, dont bother .... just pay bodyshop lol

iv never done bodywork myself but personally id try and fll the hole out myself and then get a garage to spray the boot and also fit and buy solenoid myself

i got mine done for 120 without the solenoid, which you can fit yourself and takes about 20 minutes

just got a quote for a semi smooth boot including fitting a solinoid and spraying. It came out at £250

does this sound a reasonable price?
