jvc's are good, when rigged up properly you can still have the MFD working with it

The standard corsa harness will plug driectly into the back of the JVC unit (a bit fidly, due to the lack of length, but it will go).

Keep the "unfinished" ISO cable as a spare, or to sell on with the unit in future.

:D

Hi all, just brought a JVC KD G611 Head Unit and want to fit it to a Corsa B 1993 model. The car is 30 miles away at the mo though and I want to check something really..

A friend has looked as this ISO cable thingy I've got and says the standard corsa wiring harness for the HU may not fit into my standard ISO socket on the back of my new HU. There is an "unfinished" ISO cable in the box with a male ISO plug on one end and bare wires on the other. Pic below.

Simple question for those who know Corsas. Is the standard corsa plug a bog standard normally wired ISO plug? And therefore will I not actually need that half done ISO cable in my case?

Thanks :) And sorry about such a stupid n00b question.
