i put sensor wire onto chassis and started car and the needle still didnt move! | |

taking the thermostat off proves that it's not stuck open which could cause the temp gauge to not move much off of 90. | |

i have taken out that goldy bolt sensor thing like you circled in the pic mate, now how do i tell if thats fucked? or cant you? only it looks just like a small bit of metal lol, anyways to tell if its broken and i need a new one? | |

is it safe to just take it out and then put it back again after i have checked it? or do i need to do something else first | |

Yep. Just above and left is the bottom 1/2 of the housing for it. | |

under the thermostat. the one on the right which is more goldy. | |

the top hose from the rad goes to the thermostat. it will be just there with another sensor which has 2 wires | |

its a single wire by the thermostat with a spade connector. more than likely its come off | |

my temperature gauge dont work on my clocks, any reason for this?? |
