if they have been scored in past then the rust will stay in them places untill the disc metal wears that far.

In all fairness id just go to a pattern parts place and get some pads and discs, wont set you back more than about £50 for the lot and you will be on the safe side.

But make sure you bed the brakes in as they wont stop very well for a few hundred miles so just take slowly

is it posibile to sand down brake discs the sides with come in contact with pads got my sis a corsa its been off road for about 4 weeks and discs are abit rusty been driving it for about 2 weeks now but still abit rusty are would it be beter to change discs and pads :look:
