Not being funny, but you have done your top mount nut up as tight as it should be right?

Its a 99 1.2 16v with Gmax 60 mm springs and Gmax gas shocks

So i think I will try what cybermonkey and casper suggested at the start, ive heard other people suggest this too.

Anything else anyone can think off, also today when i had two people in the back their was a constant rattle from the drivers side rear arch when I was driving, Not sure what is causing that, some part might need changed.

new polybushes wont help your problem.

Has anyone got Powerflex Bushes on the suspension on their car. If so do they actually make a difference i.e strengthen and tighten up the suspension.

Thanks

hey

nope no subs in the boot, so if I remove the inner bolts, then bond the arches back on should this work. Is tigerseal the best stuff to use for putting the arches back on.

Thanks

that would do it, remove the bolts and tigerseal ur arches on.
you shouldnt have too much scrubbing then..

hi joe, et45 should be ok with 15's, even lowered 60mm. you got any subs in the boot? you might have to think about removing the inner bolts and bonding the arches back on

Hi

Ive got a Corsa B Lowered 60mm on a full Gmax Suspension kit with 15 inch alloys and 195/45 tyres. The offset of the alloys are et45 PCD 100

I have trimmed back abit behind each of the back arches but the tyres keep hitting of the arch.

Is buying a new set of alloys a solution with an offset of nearer 49 are would a set of rear powerflex polyurethane bushes be the answer which are for the back of the car and are put onto the springs I think, these are supposed to strenghten the suspension so it might not keep bouncing at the back everytime i hit a bump.

Any solutions guys and girls

Thanks
