i wud recomend buying a scrapped/mot fail car as its sooooooooo much easier!

And unless you are a shit hot mech i wud not personally try it as its gonna take months!

could be done for around £1500 drive in drive out but not from a garage thats from a few people on here. if you can get all the parts yourself you could save a few quid or get the parts off scrapped cars or buy yourself a cheap cav, calibra, astra that will have most of the stuff you need

have a 1.2 8v at the mo, am thinking of keeping this as a project for when i finish college/uni (couple of yrs yet) and putting a 2.0l in it. so i am thinking of making the corsa better (i.e do dents, colour code and other stuff) over the nex couple of years.

How much would you look at doin a conversion, looking for a price where everything is complete and how much would a garage charge???
