If you are actually struggling taking the car apart as such maybe get a haynes manual? Will be good for when you come to put it back together and other stuff too?

Interior is now done apart from 1 last bit, The Drivers side vent, cant seem to take off the wires connecting to the lights.

all other parts have now been primed x2, sprayed x3 and laquered x3, i have now put them back into the car after a good 5 hrs drying time. Looks amazing for 2 days work.

I need help,
cant seem to disconnect the wires (controling the lights) from the drivers air vent.
i have got the passenger air vent cover out.

it has taken me 8 hrs and i have completed the following,

Speedo Cover
Door hand Cover thing
and the mirror cover things.
looks all nice and shiny, got a bit scared when i put the laquer on, it went a matt colour, but when it dried it looks ace.

pics well be up when someone can host em for me.

Ok sweet Cheers guys!! This sanding is fcuking hard work, never the less im gona try and do it properly and not rush.

Pics well be up when i get em done. (dont no how to up pictures) so if some one can up em for me later cheers

get too flatheads, preferably small. following the rather crappy pic, put one flathead up the top of the vent by pushing the vent itself down enough untill the circle thing you move about to aim the air flow (you know) has gone under and one on the side so you can "wiggle" it out. prise it out by pulling towords you (remove the two screws when you get the vent down too, soz forgot about tht)

hope this helps :) and for the passanger crash panel you'll see a screw once the vent is removed and there are two underneath it

theres a couple of screws on the crash panel, im not sure about the drivers side

are passenger and drivers side the same to take off?? two screws?
does the crash panel come off as well after?

two screws behind the vent then it just pulls off, did mine last night

following Sigs tutorial, i have taken off my speedo cover, plastic casing around the steering wheel and my glove box.

I am having real problems taking off my vents and the passenger crash panel.
i have read through all the tutorials and i am still having trouble in taking these off.

i well be spraying these parts BMW artic silver once i done all the recommended DIY.

Any help well be good thanks
