Ive had a sebring 6x4 oval for over 2 years now and have exactly the same problem, especially when ive got 2 or 3 friends in the back, or if i hit a big pot hole goin too fast.

Lowering shouldnt affect it anyway if it's the exhaust on the bumper as they will still be as close as they were before to each other

You need to spin the clamp around so the nuts are facing the floor pan and not the beam....

6x4 oval for my corsa b. Everytime i go over a speed bump rather quickly i have a nasty noise coming from the back box, loud cluncking noise, metal to metal noise. Its a lot worse with a full car. I dont no wat its hitting/tapping cant find it. any one else with ideas/same problem. |
