Not got the lifters yet... I'm just stripping and cleaning at the moment ready for paint.... But if ya want to give me a hand I'll let you know when the parts arrive :thumbs: Cheers :) | |

If it's hardened steel then a sharp chisel and large hammer will snap it off as the higher the tensile rating of the bolt, the more brittle it will be, give it a good smacking. | |

you on about the actual pulley on the alternator, or the bottom crank pulley? if its the latter the middle bolt doesnt need to come out. | |

the splined bolts on the alternator pulley are truley awful, I changed all mine for stainless cap head bolts two weeks after fitting my engine and one of them was still rounded aftero only two weeks on. I got it off by drilling the head a bit to enlarge the hole and hammering in the next size up allen key bit, but yours sounds too far gone for that. | |
