Playing about with the airbag is probably not a job I'd attempt without knowing a lot about it, but someone with the expertise and tools should be able to do it, its only a case of disabling the electronics and then levering the wheel off with a puller.

There's one on eBay without an airbag. Is it easy to fit:

1. The air bag from my current wheel to this one?
2. To remove my current wheel and fit the new one?

Thanks

Thanks very much. Got a couple being watched now. Would like a new SXi one really but ill go for a bog standard one with audio controls as the leather is starting to come off on my hands!

Hi all

First post here: I have a 2001 SXi and the leather trim on the steering wheel is starting to look a bit worse for wear. Is there a way to either:

* Re finish it to make it look new again
* Replace place (not the wheel just the leather)
* Or remove it (but what is underneath?!)

Thanks in advance
