New suspension will be better than stuff with 83k on.

Its lower so yes, less travel, it'll never ride like factory but its lower, looks better and potentially handles a little bit better. Stop worrying.

I would imagine it will be more harsh over bumps because lowering leaves less travel for the suspension and also making the suspension stiffer. dont quote me on this tho :D
