run your fans constantly on hot and see if they stay hot, if they drop between hot and cold, either waterpump or thermostat

my temp goes 100 when im stationary for a while, but the fan kicks in and it goes down slowly, but if u want it to go down faster, put your heaters on full blast and full heat and watch it go down

mine did that 2day and went up in a massive puff of smoke, it was the pipe concting to the radiator leaking, have you checked that

ive got a 1l 12v corsa on a s plate on myway home i saw the temp gauge hit 100 then the fan kicked in it also did it when it was stationary too any 1 got any ideas of why it does it. also does any1 hav any pics of a standard 1l engine?
